Find answers to common questions about original artworks, fine art prints, commissions, and delivery, helping you choose the right art for your space.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1. How do I purchase an original painting?

Original paintings are offered through personal inquiry rather than online checkout. Prices are shown for available artworks. Select “Inquire About This Painting” to confirm availability and discuss purchase and delivery arrangements. Commissions and fine art prints are also available upon request.

Q2. How is payment arranged?

All artwork purchases are handled personally through Glenn Deneve Atelier. Once the artwork selection, pricing, and delivery arrangements are confirmed, a personalized invoice will be provided. We accept ACH bank transfers, bank wires, and major credit cards, subject to agreed payment terms. Professional packing, crating, shipping, insurance, and applicable taxes are quoted separately before purchase.

Q3. How are artworks packaged and shipped?

Original paintings are carefully packed for transport. Professional packing or custom crating may be required depending on size and destination. Shipping, packing, crating, and insurance are quoted separately and approved before purchase; shipping is not included in the displayed artwork price. If artwork arrives damaged, please contact the studio promptly with photographs of the artwork and packaging.

Q4. How long does delivery take?

Delivery timing depends on the artwork, destination, and shipping arrangements. An estimated dispatch and delivery schedule will be provided before purchase. Commissions and prints may require additional production time. Tracking information will be shared when available.

Q5. Are international shipping and customs charges included?

International shipping may be arranged upon request. Import duties, customs fees, and applicable taxes vary by destination and may be payable by the purchaser. The studio will explain known charges and shipping arrangements before the sale; final customs assessments are determined by the relevant authorities.

Q6. What is your return and damage policy?

Please review artwork details carefully before purchase. Returns and cancellations are governed by the written terms agreed upon before payment and applicable law. If artwork arrives damaged, notify the studio promptly, preferably within 24 hours, and send photographs of the artwork and packaging. The studio will review the issue and explain the available resolution. The 24-hour request does not limit any legal rights.

Q7. Who owns the copyright to the artwork?

Purchasing an original transfers ownership of the physical artwork under the agreed sale terms, but not the copyright. Copyright and reproduction rights remain with Glenn Deneve unless expressly transferred in writing. Reproduction or commercial use requires prior authorization.
